MoonLead Privacy Policy

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy describes how Henoxa Solutions, operating as MoonLead ("we", "us"), handles personal information. It applies to two different groups, whose data we handle differently:

• Contractor Clients: electrical contracting businesses with a paid MoonLead account who use our admin dashboard.
• Visitors and Leads: homeowners or other visitors who interact with a Contractor Client's landing page, use our free calculator tools, or submit information through the RFQ estimator.

If you are a Visitor or Lead, please note: for the personal information you submit through a Contractor Client's landing page or estimator, MoonLead acts as a data processor on behalf of that Contractor Client, who is the data controller. That means the Contractor Client (the business whose page you visited) determines how your quote request is used and contacted. This section of the policy explains how MoonLead, as the platform operator, handles that data on their behalf.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 From Contractor Clients (account data):

• Business name, phone number, and service area
• Logo and brand color selections
• Email address (for account and billing communication)
• Payment is handled entirely by Creem (our payment processor); we do not receive or store full card details

2.2 From Visitors and Leads (through Contractor Client pages and tools):

• Free calculator tools (voltage drop, conduit fill, box fill, materials list): email address only, submitted voluntarily to view or receive results
• RFQ Estimator: name, contact information (email/phone), project details, and service address as needed to generate a quote request for the relevant Contractor Client

2.3 Automatically collected:

• Basic site usage analytics (page views, visitor counts, referral sources) via Vercel Analytics. This does not use tracking cookies for cross-site profiling; it is used to understand aggregate traffic to MoonLead's own marketing site and tools.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service: build and operate Contractor Clients' landing pages, route Leads to the correct Contractor Client, and generate quote/estimate results
• To operate Contractor Client accounts: billing, support, and account management
• To maintain and improve the Service, including the accuracy of our calculator tools
• To communicate with Contractor Clients about their account, billing, or the status of their landing page build

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share a Contractor Client's Leads with any other Contractor Client or third party for marketing purposes.

4. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, with the following categories of service providers ("sub-processors"):

• Supabase: Database hosting and storage for account and Lead data
• Creem: Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
• Vercel: Application hosting and basic site analytics

We do not share Contractor Client or Lead data with these providers for any purpose beyond operating the Service, and each is bound by its own data protection terms with us.

5. Data Isolation Between Clients

MoonLead is a multi-tenant platform. Each Contractor Client's data (including their Leads) is isolated from every other Contractor Client at the database level via strict Row Level Security policies, so one Contractor Client cannot access another's account data or Leads.

6. Data Retention

Contractor Client account data is retained for the duration of the active account plus one year following closure for record-keeping purposes. Lead data is retained for three years unless the Contractor Client requests earlier deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.

• Contractor Clients can request account data corrections or full account/data deletion by contacting hello@getmoonlead.com, or by using the Close Account feature in the dashboard for deactivation.
• Visitors and Leads who want their information removed from a Contractor Client's records should generally contact that Contractor Client directly, since they control how the Lead information is used. If you are unable to reach them, you may also contact us at hello@getmoonlead.com and we will assist in routing the request.

8. Cookies

We currently use Vercel Analytics to understand basic traffic metrics, which does not use tracking cookies for cross-site profiling. If we integrate additional analytics tools that use tracking cookies in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that usage.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including database-level tenant isolation, to protect information from unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. International Data

MoonLead operates from Nigeria. Because our infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Creem) is globally distributed, and our site visitors may be located anywhere, your data may be processed outside of your home country. We ensure all our service providers adhere to strict data security standards and applicable data protection regulations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Contractor Clients and reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above.
